Thermal Imager
Our department carries two models of the MSA Evolution cameras. Thermal Imaging Cameras “TIC,” are perhaps the best advancements in firefighting in recent years. The TIC allows firefighters to see variations in heat. Smoke does not effect the camera’s view.
The TIC has almost limitless possibilities. It can be used to locate the seat of fires, search for hidden fire, locate victims in fires or search & rescue situations, or to detect products in Haz-Mat incidents.
